Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Plexis with friends that don't have the app?

Yes! Events can easily be shared via SMS. email, and social media with other who are not currently using the app. However, we hope your friends decide to use the app :)

Can I organize Virtual Events on Plexis?

Yes! When you create an event on Plexis there is an option to add a URL to the event, simply attach your virtual event link there. To access your virtual event select 'More Event Details' inside the event.

Can I purchase tickets to events on Plexis?

Yes! Plexis displays Ticketmaster events on app. View the event you want to attend and select 'Get Tickets' to purchase your ticket.

Who can see my events?

Depends on the privacy setting you select when creating your event. There are three options: 1) Public (anyone can see these events) 2) Visible for All Friends (only your Plexis friends can see these events) 3) Private (only you and other event attendees can see these events)

Can I create a Friend Group in Plexis?

Yes! When you are creating a new event you are given the option to create a friend group (recommended if you are creating a large event) or you can go to your Profile and create and edit Groups.

Do I need to be invited to join an event?

Depends on the privacy setting used by the event creator. If an event is made public, anyone can join that event.

How do I change the phone number linked to my account?

Select 'Settings' on the bottom of the screen and then 'Update Phone Number'. This is the phone number that will receive your login passcode to ensure your account is secure and only accessible by you.
